Haj conference an eye opener
"If you thought we have trouble in our haj industry, wait till you hear what is happening in other countries like the Netherlands and Norway where the mess is even bigger." That was the word from Sheik Igsaan Taliep, second deputy president of the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC), who along with his MJC colleague, Maulana Taha Karaan, attended the annual Haj Conference in Makkah earlier this month.

Can the Man Demand More or Less than the Mahr in Khula?
Question: A couple had a love marriage but now it seems like the Wife is requesting for Khulaa by returning back the Mahr. The Husband feels that he has been cheated and betrayed by his Wife. Therefore, he wishes to have more than the Mahr. Is this permissable?

Is Qunut Made in Witr Throughout the Year or only in the Last Half of Ramadan?
